Mega City Landscape Abstract Painting City spaces make interrelating blocks of colour and tonal planes of varying values look abstract in design. Every building scape has its own unique characteristics that make it uniquely recognisable from just a few blocks of colour strategically placed- which I tried to disguise enough so that colour and texture have equal importance and balance throughout.
Some of my painting our pure colour, those with city lights and streets are used to give a seance of structure and solidity to a scape with obviously less colour.
